Ready for those holiday card games?
With the holidays upon us, I’m sure we’re all planning those family gatherings. Thanksgiving. Christmas. Even New Year’s. Most of us will gather at parents’ or grandparents’ homes for a huge meal, then we’ll site around and visit with each other. Some we’ve seen regularly throughout the year, while there are others that we only see at holiday gatherings.
In my house, in addition to the tried and true family favorites, like Mom’s fudge, carrot cake, and dressing, we’ll also gather round the dining room table and play a rambunctious holiday card game of UNO while we visit.
Why UNO? Why not UNO? Literally everyone loves UNO and literally just about everyone can play UNO. From the younger kids to the older adults, we can all play! And most of the time, we do all play. More people? We just use more decks of UNO cards. We’re not limited to any number of players with UNO cards.
